From Design to Fabrication to Erection to Facilities Management - IPD, VDC, and BIM

This project consists of two Phases.

Phase 1: 137,000 sf, 4 story + Basement
Phase 2: 4 buildings
Project cost: Phase 1  $97 million  Phase 2  $50 million.

View By View acted as 3D Design coordinator and BIM integrator/faciliator, running 3D MEPF coordination meetings weekly.  Provided interior and exterior visual simulations for the new buildings.
Phase 1, Building A completed.
Working on four additional buildings concurrently.  Assisting Facilities Management as well as researching software options for use by the FM department.  Developing an interface between BIM and FM
